Who is responsible for your information

I'm Safia, trading as Relax N Pass Driving School, a sole trader in High Wycombe, and I am the data controller for this site. There is no wider company — it is one instructor, and I am the only person who sees your enquiry. Contact: hello@relaxnpass.co.uk.

What I collect

When you complete the enquiry chat I collect your first name, phone number, email address, postcode, and your answers about your driving experience, goals and what you find difficult about driving. I collect it so I can quote you accurately and plan your lessons.

I do not ask for, and would rather you did not provide, information about your health or medical conditions.

Legal basis

Consent, which you give by ticking the box before submitting. You may withdraw it at any time.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the services that run this website: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). I never sell your information and never use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising analytics. The chat stores your answers in your own browser so that you do not lose them if the page reloads, and remembers your light or dark theme choice; neither leaves your device until you submit.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your information, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@relaxnpass.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
